Random restarts

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.

Taskbar hangs and restarts when clicked

Hello. I am running Windows 10 Version 2004 (Build 1904.331). At times, my taskbar hangs and then restarts when clicked. When the taskbar hangs, the cursor turns into a spinning wheel when I hover it over the taskbar.

I have three monitors, though one monitor is an iPad being used as a monitor with Duet. Applications that I am using that alter the taskbar are DisplayFusion and StartIsBack++, though DisplayFusion does not alter the primary taskbar. I am using Nvidia graphics
driver 451.48.

I have a TerraMaster direct-attached storage unit plugged into my motherboard's USB Type-C port. I also have an animated wallpaper using Wallpaper Engine and I often see my Corsair keyboard's RGB lighting seemingly restarting. I don't mind that. Corsair
iCue is installed, but the application is not set to start at startup. I would greatly appreciate any help in getting my taskbar to stop restarting like this. Thank you.
