Windows 10: my laptop thinks im pressing a key after i press it

so when im playing a game my computer runs at 60 fps but theres like a output delay or something happening with the imput on my keyboard every time i press it on a game and i press a key but my computer thinks im still pressing it but im clearly not and ive tried updating my drivers my computer i even tried taking out my external keyboard and still nothing

Does it stop right at the Toshiba logo and sit there? Will it sit forever til you press a key, or will it eventually work after so long?

I use a toshiba laptop , at startup can not be readily loading into Windows 8 , so it has to press any key emerging loading . How to overcome in order to loading without press ?

Are you only using the hook to catch the key to use for sending input?

I can think of a couple ways to grab input without the hook. Maybe you can run through the virtual key list with GetAsyncKeyState() and flag what's pressed. From there you can just build your list of keys to mash and fire them off with SendInput(). Some food for thought, probably get you out of AV flag territory.
