Windows 10: My laptop took longer to turn on and couldn't do a quick startup.

Hello everyone! Today my laptop took longer to turn on and couldn't do a quick startup. Found various error messages. As I understand it, my laptop turned off during hibernation yesterday, then turned back on. My bios boot time has also increased. Previously, the bios boot time was 3.6 seconds, now it's always 3.8. I left my laptop in sleep mode for one hour yesterday, then came back and it worked fine, but today I couldn't perform a quick start, and also yesterday at 19.00 the system exited with errors. Also in the power settings, for some reason, I had a hard disk shutdown from the network a

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

I turned it off i'll report back if problem still persists. Do you guys have any other ideas as well, just in case this doesn't work..
