Windows 10: My laptop touchscreen doesn't work

I don't know whether it is a hardware or a software problem, but the touch screen on my computer stopped responding after the mainboard was replaced during a repair. System information shows "No pen or touch input is available for this display". Also, when I checked the device manager, I found the "I2C HID Device" module has encountered a problem.


After searching online for a while, I tried to update the problematic driver or uninstall it. But the driver is already at its newest version, and it always managed to reinstall itself after I uninstallation. I have no idea how it managed to do that.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
