Windows 10: My laptop turned off during reset and now won't stop looping

I reset my laptop last night due to I virus I presumed I got and it was going well until it got up to 50% it turned itself off and when I turned it back on it said it was on 0% so I charged it and waited until morning, I turn it back on and it opens up with it's usual screen saying Samsung galaxy tabletpro S with the dot spins and then goes black with the spin still there then shows Samsung galaxy tabletpro S with the dot spins and welcome at the bottom, it flashes this blue screen image provided below then turns black and loops everything that happened. It says that my pc will restart sever

Asus Transformer t100ta won´t turn on Win10

Yesterday was reading on it. All of a sudden turned off and now it won´t turn on

Let us resolve your concern regarding frequent reboot. We suggest that you follow the Startup Repair steps below:

• Turn off your laptop.
• Turn on your laptop. As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold down the power button until your laptop turns off. Do this process
  twice.
• Turn on your laptop for the third time, and let it load.
• It should give you the message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
• On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Go to Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
• Wait for the repair to finish.

My caps lock won t turn off

I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way
