Windows 10: my laptop turns black for a second or two then goes back to normal helpp

Hii so.. i'm doing my homework and i listen to music then my screen goes black for a second or then goes back to normal PS: I recently poured water on my laptop

i am watching netflick on my laptop and the screen goes black after 15 seconds or so and i have to wiggle the mouse to get pic back any suggestions

Laptop turns on then blacks then turns on again like it’s restarting.

My laptop just did this. I turn it on then 3-4 seconds after boot up, monitor blacks, but the power button still on. Then it goes back to the bootup screen like it just restarted and boots up normally. Is this safe or not? And how do i fix it?

1. Can the current PC see the BIOS icon when it is first started? If so, we can try to solve this problem from other dimensions.
   
2. Assuming that the current device cannot see the BIOS interface icon, the cause of the problem may be the corruption of the BIOS /hardware damage of the CPU & GPU/failure of the cable connection of the display screen.
   
3. If it is convenient, please check whether the current notebook has an HDMI interface. If there is an HDMI interface, you can try to connect an external monitor and see if the screen can be output. Please note that if the picture is output normally, it usually represents the hardware of your CPU/GPU works normally, you may need to consider replacing the laptop screen at this time to solve the problem.
   

Here are some steps that might help you check for a black screen:

1. Check the power source: Ensure that your laptop is properly connected to a power source. If you were using the laptop on battery power, connect it to the charger and make sure the charger is working correctly.
   
2. Disconnect external devices: Remove any external devices such as USB drives, printers, or external monitors from your laptop. Sometimes, faulty external devices can cause issues with the startup process.
   
3. Perform a hard reset: To perform a hard reset, follow these steps:
