HI I was wanting to now something I was wanting to now. When I turned my laaotio I was reading something on my laptop it just went off unexpectedly. Then I turned my laptop back on and went into event viewer. I then clicked on Error in Event viewer the follwing message came up in a box saying that Onedrive was not running. What I would like to now is if onedrive is not running will it shutdown my laptop unexpectedly. I have had this message come up unexpectedly in event viewer when my laptop shut down unexpectedly .I should also mention I was downloading a driver for my laptop. When I

Laptop shutdowns unexpectedly

Hello, i have the following issue, my laptop shutdowns unexpectedly and in the event viewer it showns that there was a cirtical error kernel power id 41 task category 63, i have no idea whats going on please help me, i
have windows 10.

 

Critical error messages in event viewer after each shutdown

I'm getting a trio of critical error messages in event viewer after each shutdown:

- "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

- "Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC00000D4."

- "The previous system shutdown was unexpected."

The PC starts up fine and seems to shut down very fast - within 10-12 seconds, and there seems to be no issues with startup or shutdown. But when I stumbled onto these critical messages in event viewer I got concerned. What could be triggering this? How do I troubleshoot this? They are logged in event viewer after each shutdown/reboot.

 

Random shutdown and restarts, showing error on Event Viewer TPM-WMI

Hellp, please help, I Keep getting random shutdowns and then restart, yesterday I had 2 today there's been like 5 events already. I opened Event Viewer and I keep finding the same events related to TPM-WMI, it says event Id 1795 Please help me fix this, is getting really annoying, any suggestions? here are the attached screenshots showing the events I've been getting since yesterday that I decided to post here and report it. Thanks. I'm using Windows 10.
