Windows 10: My laptop was stucked in automatic repair in lenevo laptop

My lenevo laptop was stucked in automatic repair. So i try to reinstall windows 10 using bootable pen drive. I inserted the bootable pen drive but it stucking in lenevo logo with dotted circle . I again turned my computer on again showing lenevo logo with dotted circle. I can't able to open automatic repair and windows . So please give me a nice solution

I need a step by step guide to create a bootable usb for windows 10 to install on my laptop that is stuck at automatic repair

 

My HP laptop is stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair has been for many hours

I'd like to verify if you're computer is still stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair state. If not, I'd suggest to perform the steps below:

1. Force shutdown your laptop, check first if your computer will boot normally. If not, after your computer restarts several times. you'll see the Windows 10 Boot Options menu.

2. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options.

3. Choose Command Prompt, copy and paste the commands below and press Enter the after each line:

• bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
• bootrec.exe /fixmbr
• bootrec.exe /fixboot

Laptop stuck on the automatic repair screen

My laptop is stuck on the automatic repair screen none of the paths on that screen wirk i tried a bootable usb but my laptop says it has no usb boot options i have no disk tray and all the other things i can do just say you need a administrator account
but there isn't one. Im reall confudlsed about what to do.
