Windows 10: My laptop was subject to a blue screen error.

My laptop was subject to a blue screen error. To the point where I cannot even turn it on. Had it been known your update had this error I wouldn't have gone there. Now, I am without a laptop, can't afford to buy even a cheap used one and stuck to a piece of **** phone for everything. Thr worse part is I messaged several times to support and not even as much as wiggle from anyone at Windows/Microsoft. I'm pissed to the bitter end of this ordeal and who is gonna pay for the loss of my laptop? Nobody that's who. Sure as **** isn't my fault, I wasn't the person responsible for delivering an updat

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
