Computer is stuck on automatic repair mode and will not get out . Ive tried everything. Thinking about unpluging battrery. Its my last option unless someone can help

Stuck in Automatic repair

I need a step by step guide to create a bootable usb for windows 10 to install on my laptop that is stuck at automatic repair

My windows 11 laptop (LG 15U480) is stuck in the automatic repair.

this started when I tried to fix and repair corrupted files in my computer using service files checker and dsim command tool. it was then repair the corrupted files but showed a blue screen saying "you device ran into a problem and has to restart". then, the laptop was in the automatic repair loop. I tried everything I found in the internet; tried to system restore to go back to a restore point, however it didn't work as my local disk status said "You must enable system protection on this drive". I tried to uninstall updates but it also said it ran into a problem and won't be able to uninstall the latest update of Windows. lastly, I tried to reset my pc but it said that there was a problem resetting this PC. please help.

 

Automatic Repair

i was trying to install windows 10 via USB but after the "finishing up" step where the laptop restarts it goes to automatic repair everytime. Ive already tried to redownload windows 10 via media creation tool a couple of times which proves that its not corrupted
and ive also tried diskpart but nothing seems to work, in the bios ive enabled legacy support, launched csm and (oprom??) and disabled secure boot. its my third day of trying to get past the automatic repair loop and im starting to think its a hardware issue,
any thoughts?? but if its a hardware issue, which part specifically?? the hdd or the motherboard?? or should i just go check the warranty and ask for a replacement??
