Windows 10: My laptop with a windows system is messed up with a lot of issues and I don't know where to...

My windows is pretty messed up, it started with me just reconnecting the wifi card. Then I booted up my laptop only to find out when I tried to sign in it gave me an error about not being able to find my userSo I restarted my laptop and that worked but when I signed in, all my personal files were gone. So I decided to use a restore pointIt worked and I got most of my data back only when the restore point finished now my icons won't workAnd not only that but my internet connection is spotty sometimes it'll be going at 400mb download and 100 download and then drop to 0.1-0.10mb for both.If you c

The problem with the messed up keyboard is now ok, I can write normally.

But, the problem with non working pin and unpin from task bar, the right mouse click don`t work on it at all - still stays, as well as non working New notifications - I click and nothing happens. Can you fix that all?

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
