    file explorer has frozen! thre is just an endless bar at top of screen, please help me get access to my files again, i need to help clients with this data due to medical needs. just tell me how to get file explorer back please!!! Windows 10 Dell laptop

    • When you turn your computer ON, on what screen does it freezes? If you can, kindly post here the screen shot of this frozen window.
    • Have you made any recent changes on your computer prior to encountering this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Frozen

    Screen says RECOVERY It looks like windows didn't load correctly. Cannot choose either choice shown because mouse does not work on frozen screen. Cannot start in SAFE mode or use any suggestions from microsoft community because it's frozen. Help!
