Windows 10: My laptop wont complete the factory reset startup

I have a acer predator triton 300se. I had a probelm where i was logging in to a black screen after i had exhausted all methods i decided to factory reset it, however when doing so it restarted asking me for my region, time zone, and language after selectingthe correct options it said "there is a problem thats keeping us from getting your pc ready, but we thunk an update will help get things working again. Heres how to get the update:" it ask for the pc to be plugged in and connected to wifi. Once i made sure of that i click next and it restarts and says just a moment please then restart and r

Asus Laptop W10 factory reset, Don't have password

I recently bought a used asus model e402s on craigslist and it came with the old guys details on it. Ive tried to contact him but he wont respond. I just need to factory reset it. So my problems are:

• I dont have the password
• I cant do a factory reset from logging in because i dont have the password
• The laptop doesnt have a cd drive
• im not a computer tech! lol

TL;DR I need to reset the laptop to factory setting without a password. W10.

Diskpart : there are no fixed disks to show.. Factory reset gone awful

Hi everyone, I was asked to factory reset an Asus laptop and install a win 7 on it, while starting to install the win 7 I got stuck with the "no device drivers were found", searched for some tutorial on YouTube, found this vid: , followed the command codes step by step on MS-DOS : ( Diskpart >>> list disk >>> select disk 0 >>>> Clean >>>> create partition primary >>>> format fs=ntfs quick) and now I completely lost the disk 0 with all system files, no hard drive showing as a boot option in the BIOS. Am I screwed ? Is there a way to create or reactivate the internal HDD ?? Thank you in advance for your help
