Windows 10: my laptop won’t get passed the loading screen. I did the fn Alt trick and still no Luck

My laptop won’t get past the loading screen, I tried the FN alt while holding down the power button. Then when I turned it on, I held down FN and spammed the windows button. I went through all the tests and once I was done with the computer testing everything, it took me right back to the loading screen. I’ve tried loading screen, and it has not turned on for hours and it’s been like this for months.

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

Windows 10: Screen stuck on loading screen with mouse point

Hi Parth, I am currently having the same problem. The only recent change I did prior to being stuck in the loading screen was changing the ownership of C:\ to Administrators because I was unable to create folders and save files before that. It was working
fine after that but this morning I suddenly cannot get past the lading screen. I have restarted several times by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del which brings up the Windows 10 wallpaper with icons for Language, WiFi, Accessibility and Power options.

I uprgaded the graphics driver as recommended. I restarted my laptop a lot of times. The only thing that I can do to pass through the blank screen/loading screen was to press "windows tab + P" but I can only pass through by luck. There are times that "windows
tab + P" won't work so I need to force shut down the laptop and open again and try to pass through the black screen/loading screen.
