Windows 10: My laptop won't open and freezes at the manufacturer's logo

Hi!I decided to perform a reset on my pc yesterday because I wanted to start fresh with my laptop but it failed many times due to slow internet connection I think. I tried it many times since it always says when it fails that no changes have been made to the pc. I got frustrated so I decided to just try it again the next day. So, today, I tried opening it hoping that I could try to reset my pc again but it's just stuck on the manufacturer's logo. It loads there for a few seconds and then stops. I tried leaving it because maybe it will be open eventually because my laptop is so slow alre

What is the Make and Model # of your laptop?
By Boot Logo, do you mean the laptop manufacturers Logo Splash Screen?
A "required Device isn't connected" means that your HDD/SSD is not connected or has failed.
As stated, boot into Setup (Bios) go to System Information. It should list all of your drives in the computer. If your HDD/SSD is not listed. Restart the computer and press F12 (on most computers) ESC on others, and run the Diagnostics. If that fails, try to reseat it into the laptop.

Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
Enter your windows logon password.
You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
Click resetting this PC.
It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.
