    My laptop won't power except plugged in and doesn't shutdown when I unplug


    I use a hp 350 laptop.If my laptop is turned off for too long, it won't turn on except I plug it. And when it starts, I can unplug it and use it with the battery.I have changed the battery, trouble shoot the battery setting, and change the battery adapter but problem persists. Please what could be the problem.Thank you

    Audio jack doesn`t work

    Today when i plugged out headphones, it doesn`t display that you`ve unplugged headphones, seems goes something wrong. Now i can hear sonud only from plugged headphones. How to repair this problem?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
