Windows 10: My laptop won't recognise my monitor until I've restarted it once

Hello,

So I've been having a problem with my laptop for a few weeks, where if I turn it on for the first time for that day, my monitor isn't detected. I have to restart it once, or sometimes twice, for my laptop to detect my monitor.

It's not the cable or the monitor because I've replaced the cable, and I've also tried a different monitor. I also don't think it's a hardware issue, because it does work, just after a restart.

Also, I clean installed windows to help make the problem disappear, but alas, that didn't work.

Does anyone have any ideas?

6020 won`t connect through Irda

The problem was with my Irda adapter. I got a new one and I am able to connect with Nokia 6020. But still I can`t connect with Nokia 6600. I`ve tried to set different connection speeds but still nothing. The PCSuite finds that there is a Nokia 6600 present
but it won`t connect with it. Any ideas of how to solve it?

• Does the monitor on the laptop work if you disconnect the other monitor?
• Is the second monitor connected to the laptop using a DVI, HDMI, or DisplayPort cable?

While waiting for your feedback, we suggest that you disconnect the second monitor from the laptop and check if its own monitor is working. If not, restart the laptop and check again.
