Windows 10: my laptop's battery slowly drop to 0% even when im charging and not using it

Discus and support my laptop's battery slowly drop to 0% even when im charging and not using it in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; when it drop to 0%, it will charge to 100% and then slowly drop to 0% again, is this a software's or hardware's problem?     my laptop's battery slowly drop to 0% even when im charging and not using it


    when it drop to 0%, it will charge to 100% and then slowly drop to 0% again, is this a software's or hardware's problem? And how can i fix it if it's about software. I tried the uninstalling the battery microsoft ac adapter, microsoft acpi-compliant control method battery on device manager and it didn't work
