Windows 10: My Laptop's Brightness settings isn't working.

Good Morning/Evening people over at Microsoft!I have a problem with my brightness setting...I already saw a post with a similar problem, though mine is sort of the opposite. instead of the brightness being too high, mine is all the way down the post I'm talking about was during 2022. I assume I just do the same in order to fix it but I'm still unsure. From what i remember before this problem occurred, i left my laptop running overnight in the lowest brightness to sort of conserve energy. The next morning, I couldn't increase the brightness anymore. The bar does in fact move, and the Home + F

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

 

Brightness Control not working in Windows 10

To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

• Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
• See if you can adjust the brightness.

If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.
