Windows 10: My laptop's CPU usage randomly goes down while gaming.

CPU usage and speed goes down randomly while gaming, and then goes back up, this happens once about 1-2 minutes and it never stops i really need helpi have a laptop ideapad gaming 3The utilization normaly is about 40% with 3.7 speedWhen it drops its 10-18% utilizations and up to .40 speed

CPU usage goes 100% because of 4 processes.

My CPU usage goes up to 100% randomly for about 20 seconds before going back to normal. When I check task manager for what's causing the CPU spikes, there are always 4 processes that have high usage.
They are :

• Service Host : Remote Procedure Call
  
• Service Host : State Repository Service
  
• Xbox Game Bar
  
• Service Host : Capability Access Manager Service
  

Since I thought Xbox Game Bar was the problem, I reinstalled Xbox and Xbox Game Bar but the same problem kept happening. I did a windows update rollback recently and the problem was gone, but most of my apps were broken. I repaired all of my apps except for Xbox Game Bar and everything was fine, but a few days after I repaired my apps, I also decided to repair Xbox Game Bar, which caused the problem to come back.

 

Laptop Randomly goes to sleep during any activity

I recently switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10. It went quite normal. After few days i encountered a problem that my laptop goes to sleep randomly. In the beginning it only sleeps during games like League of Legends or GTA San Andreas, but with the passage
of time it changed its behavior. Now my laptop goes to sleep randomly. No specific time included. I checked my thermal status by touching the back of my laptop and through speed fan. It was normal i.e 72 C. I even bought a cooling fan, thought that overheating
might be issue. CPU usage is normal. I installed programs which can control CPU usage of other programs thus lowering CPU usage.

I tried several articles on Internet but none of them helped me. Kindly tell me a solution for it.

Memory: 4096MB RAM

Display Memory: 1696 MB

Dedicated Memory: 64 MB

Current Mode: 1366 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz)

High CPU Usage from Task Manager, Then CPU Usage Goes Down Very Fast

I am noticing that whenever I open task manager the Task Manager process is using 15 - 20% of CPU, but then it quickly goes down to less then 1% CPU Usage.

Also my fans randomly speed up, and whenever I open task manager the CPU Usage of task manager goes down and the fans start to slow down, but when I close task manager the fans start back up again.
