    Please answer the below questions to assist you better.

    1. Did you make any software changes to the computer prior to this issue?

    2. "Date and time keeps changing", does it change after you restart the system?

    3. "I have also turned off automatic update", did you defer the updates?

    You may follow the below methods and check.

    Method 1: You may follow the below steps and check.

    1) Type “change the date and time” in the search box and hit enter.

    2) Now in the right pane turn Off "set the time zone automatic".

    3) Now also turn On "set time automatic automatically".

    Method 2: We would suggest you to visit the computer manufacturer website and check for the latest BIOS and chipset driver and install it.
