    My laptop's highest resolution is lower than what it should be. How can I fix this?


    To keep it simple, my laptop's highest resolution is 1366 x 769, when the resolution for this type of laptop HP Pavilion Laptop 15 with intel iris xe graphics should be 1920 x 1080. It won't let me change it any higher and I've already tried updating my drivers to the latest version, but nothing seems to be fixing the issue.

    Hi Facundo,

    It's possible that your laptop does not support a lower resolution. But we can still check if we can activate it through the
    Display settings. Follow the steps below:

    • Right-click on your desktop and click Display settings.
    • Select Advanced display settings at the bottom of the page.
    • Select Display adapter properties.
    • Click on List All Modes.
    • Look for the resolution you prefer and select OK.
    • Click Apply.

    Highest resolution screen capture

    Hi everybody,

    For my thesis, I need highest resolution screen capture to print later. I tuned off Clear Type Text, but apparently it is not enough. I want also to increase color intensity to the highest level in Windows 10, but I did not find the "color intensity" in
    the system of windows 10.

    If you can help my find "color intensity" modification in windows 10, that is cool.

    If you have other better solution to high highest resolution screen capture, it is even cooler.

    Screen Resolution too big

    Hello,

    Firstly, try to install all the available Windows Updates and check if it fixes the issue.

    I suggest you to change the screen resolution settings and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key and type Change Screen Resolution and click on the option listed.
    • Under resolution try changing the resolution settings.

    Also try to install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and check.
