    My laptop's monitor has desaturated red colors, I have tried multiple solutions from different forums and nothing works. The laptop has always shown red wrong.I have a DELL XPS laptop.

    Windows 10 Photo Viewer's desaturated colors

    My laptop = HP Envy x360 convertible 15m xxxx (fully up to date)

    I have been having the issue with desaturated colors in Windows 10.

    The screen is calibrated. Photos in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop are correct. Photos displayed on websites i use are correct (i.e zenfolio). Printed photos are correct.

    Windows 10 default photo viewer, image thumbnails and Windows 10 Instagram App(while uploading) are all desaturated.

    I have searched numerous time for a solution and I have tried different ICC profiles, nothing has fixed this issue.

    At this point it's more of an annoyance than anything. I am concerned however clients will open photo files and see desaturated photos.

    This was never an issue on Win 7,8x.

    Any help towards finding a solution would be greatly appreciated.

    Monitor Color Display Desaturated after Windows 10 update

    I have an LG monitor and the Windows 10 OS. It updated automatically on 4/10/18, and all of the color washed out on my monitor--blacks are not solid black like they used to be, but grey. The highlight on the apps on the task bar is not as strong as it used
    to be. Everything has desaturated, and I can't work like this because I'm a digital artist and need my monitor color back to its original saturation level.

    I tried resetting to the factory version, and it did nothing. Windows + ctrl + c doesn't do anything, either. I haven't found any fixes at all in either the manual settings home button on the monitor, the system display settings, or online here. Tightening/adjusting
    the cable that goes into the monitor doesn't change a thing. The only culprit I can find for this is the latest Windows OS update which, when I uninstalled it, reset the color level back to what it was originally (however, Windows' auto update system means
    that the update was instantly redownloaded and the color resolution went back to the greys it's at now).

    Is there anything I can do about this? Anyone I can contact or try to manually jimmy the screen back into what I want it to be? Or do I just have to sit with this forever?

    There is no red color on the monitor!

    As always, I've got a problem with Windows.

    Win ver: Windows 8 Build 9600

    Downloaded the ISO today from the Microsoft website

    Now, my problem is I can't see the red color! There is NO red color!

    The computer I'm using is pretty old, but...

    It have only VGA, I have two monitors, with one of them everything is fine and working, with the other one there is no red!

    I opened the Intel Graphics Control Panel, I tried to change the Red color in RGB settings and nothing happened, but when I changed green or blue it changes instantly...

    My graphics driver are up to date (I tried updating them, now I'll try deleting the driver and restarting the computer but I don't think it's gonna work, I'll let you know)

    Here it is where I change the colors, when I change the red one NOTHING happen.

    Please help... I really don't know what to do.. It's not a cable fault because I tried the same cable for both monitors.

    My picture where I showed the Graphics Panel (a really old one) got removed don't know why .-.
