Windows 10: My Left Arrow Key is working both as a Left AND Down Key, so i can't just go left while...

This problem happens in any app Browser, Discord, games, Word, Etc. and its definetly not a physical problem on the keyboard.I alr tried a lot of stuff: Reseting my Keyboard to factory standard;Spamming Fn+A lot of Keys S, 1, C, W, A, D, etc.; enabling Scroll Lock via Virtual Keyboard bc mine is 75% so i dont

Left arrow key sometimes doesn't work.

Hi,

I have the problem that when i press the "up" and "down" arrow keys, the "left" arrow key doesn't work. Similarly, when i press the "left" arrow key and either "up" or "down", the other one doesn't work. The "right" arrow key does work fine though. I am on a Lenovo laptop.

Can someone help me?

 

Left/Right Arrow Keys and my Delete Key Not working

My left and Right Arrow Keys and my delete key does not work I have had some luck with CRTL and ALT keys with my left and right arrow keys but now that is not working it stopped working around Last June and has been fiddling with it stopped working with
the last update around June

 

Left arrow key only works as a down key

Since I first got this computer, the left arrow key has only ever worked as a down/left key. By this I mean that every time I hit the left arrow, it goes down a row and left by a little bit.

Another problem that may be related is that the delete key deletes letters from the beginning of the line and not from wherever the cursor is placed.

I can't find any setting that can fix this issue and no one else seems to have this exact problem. At first, I tried to ignore the problem but it has become increasingly problematic and I can no longer just ignore it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
