Windows 10: My Lenovo laptop is bootlooping after the power went out in the middle of a reset

how would i fix this i tried to reset my computer but in the middle 89% it turned off and noe its just bootlooping

My dell laptop was cloud factory resetting and got stuck at 30% and it shuts down and now bootloop is happening and have tried diagnostic and all green or bootloop settings but no different

This issue may have been caused by an incorrect power plan settings.

You can run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

• On the Start menu, type Troubleshooting and hit Enter.
  
• On the left pane, choose View all.
  
• Choose and run the Power troubleshooter.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you reset and restore the power plans to default. To do this, follow these steps;

• On the Start menu, type Command Prompt. Right-click the result, and then select
  Run as administrator.
  
• Type or copy this command and hit Enter.
  
  powercfg –restoredefaultschemes
  
• Exit Command Prompt.
  
• Restart your computer to apply the changes.

Bootloop after reset.

I reset my laptop, cus it was hanging.

After the reset i was promoted to new window setup screen..

Then after that it shows the window logo, but then blacl screen comes up.. the my laptop is on bootloop now.
