Windows 10: My Lenovo laptop is stuck on a automatic repair and its just boot looping

Its always happening i've tried many way even also used a media creation tool which worked but i watched a video to try and save all the files.I pretty much used the tool to go into Command prompt and type the following commandsdiskpartselect disk 1attributes disk clearand now im stuck with the issue where i can't even install windows anymore. Is there any other way?

Automatic repair loop

Hello,
I bought this second hand laptop which was reset to factory settings and everything was working well, Windows 10.
I wanted to access BIOS and wasn't sure whether it's the F1 or F2 key that I have to press (it's a Lenovo), so I kept pressing both intermittently as the laptop was preparing to boot. The result was that it didn't boot, but it went into the Automatic Repair Loop. I tried a bunch of possible fixes for this from YouTube, but nothing worked, so I'm still in the loop.
Does anyone here have any suggestions on how to end this, please?

Stuck on Automatic Repair Loop

My laptop has been stuck on the Automatic Repair Loop for several months now. I have followed many steps and tried every option but I am always returned to the same page nothing has worked and I cant even restart or reset my laptop and command prompt hasn't
helped either nothing has worked for me and I have not been able to access or use my laptop and I urgently need my laptop. I don't know what I need to do, or if it has anything to do with a virus, my laptop is a lenovo thinkpad

Step 1: I suggest you to install Windows 10 using the media creation tool:

Step 2: After installing Windows 10, perform an Automatic Repair.

Perform the Automatic repair:

• 
  When your computer starts, wait for the manufacturer logo to check the option for boot menu, it will usually be
  F12.
  
• 
  The boot menu key might differ with each manufacturer. If you are unable to find the boot menu key, you may refer the user manual.
  
• 
  Restart the computer, when the manufacturer's logo is displayed, keep pressing the
  Boot menu option key to enter the boot menu and change the boot option to
  CD\DVD ROM.
  
• 
  After you boot your computer using Windows 8 DVD, a black screen appears with gray text "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD". Press any key.
  
• 
  Select the correct time and
  Keyboard type.
  
• 
  Click Repair your computer in the lower left corner
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting, advanced option and then click
  Automatic repair.
