Windows 10: My Lenovo laptop is stuck on blue screen after windows 11 update

After I updated my Lenovo ideapad S145 to windows 11, it got stuck on blue screen. It's been a few days now and there's still no change. Please help me.

Lenovo Yoga C 940. Windows 11. Blue Screen Loop. Please help.

I have a 3 year old Lenovo Yoga C 940 that has Windows 11. I use it occasionally for some photo editing and browsing. I have the free version of Kaspersky Antivirus (This might be the reason for blue screen?). After a 2-to-3-month gap, I recently opened this laptop. I did some photo editing, browsing, and then before I shut it down, I installed Windows updates and antivirus updates. I tried to start the laptop couple of days later and that's when the dreaded blue screen showed up. Since then, what ever I do, it is stuck in the blue screen loop.

• It says that the device ran into a poblem and needs to restart. Then it proceeds to "collect error info". The STOP Code is "SYSTEM_SCAN_AT_RAISED_IRQL_CAUGHT_IMPROPER_DRIVER_UNLOAD". Followed by "What failed: klif.sys"

• It says "Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC" followed by "Press Advanced Options to try other options to repair your PC or Shutdown to turn off your PC."
  
• I tried to shut down and restart but it goes back to the blue screen and unsuccessfully tries to repair PC.
  
• I tried to enter into "Advanced Options" and tried everything except factory reset.
  
• It reverts back to blue screen.

• I tried system restore to a time before the latest updates were installed. I uninstalled latest windows updates. I tried to start the laptop in safe mode.
  
• It keeps looping back to blue screen.
  

Is there a way out other than factory reset? If I have to do a factory reset, is it possible to back up the data to an external hard drive?

Step 3

If the above steps doesn't work. You might want to consider using system restore or worst come to worst Reset or reinstall windows.
