Windows 10: My Lenovo laptop T460

Hi,Win 10 is telling me that my Lenovo laptop T460 is not currently supported to run Win 11. The T460 has IntelR CoreTM i5-6300U CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.50 GHz . Do you plan to support this? Please let me know. I am hoping you will so that I/we dont have to scrounge for money to upgrade nor buy a new laptop. Thank you very much, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

That is weird. I might do a full anti-virus scan. Then try reinstalling the driver Thagstrom suggested on page 1. Also try the diagnostics at your site...

After November Windows update in Lenovo T460s No Audio Output Device is Installed Error

Hi Everyone,

After the recent windows update on my Laptop Lenovo T460s, i am facing the error " No Audio Output Device is Installed Error" on the laptop.

I have tried to use all the fixes known over the internet be it reinstalling the drivers or updating the BIOS, but there has been no success.

Will appreciate if someone can help to resolve this issue at earliest, its all on my nerves!

 

Unable to project screen to TCL smart TV from Lenovo T460

Hello everyone,

i’m trying to connect my Lenovo T460 with the TCL smart TV that has the Intel Wireless display technology.



I have seen several places that Intel has discontinued this technology. But, I have downloaded and installed the specific WiDi driver and software for my laptop. It even detects this wireless display, but while connecting it says ‘Pairing to the display
device is unsuccessful’. I don’t know where its going wrong. Suggestions and ideas are most welcome!
