Windows 10: My Lenovo reports different Windows 11 version

Few months ago I upgrade my Lenovo laptop to Windows 11 Pro 64 BITS, with pure and original Windows. Now with the new rules of MS starting 24 of October, I wanted to check if my Windows is 23H2 or 23H3 see please what is reported using winver command. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY THIS IS REPORTED, AND WHAT CAN I DO TO HAVE WINDOWS 11 Pro 64 Bits.

Catalyst reporting wrong version fix

I think there was a similar issue that was never reported with the 12.2s, cause IIRC, when I opened CCC with those, it reported the package version as 12.3. Honestly, if the actual driver version rather than package version is listed correctly, then I wouldn't worry too much about it.
