    Just to add:

    I'm having problems with Live Tiles too. Weather.com updates seem slow, but work. Beezz Live Updates work fine.

    But any recent apps I install, Live Tiles don't work. Examples: MoTweets & Weatherbug. I install them, activated Live Tiles, but they never become Live... :| Tried removing, reinstalling; doesn't matter.

    Lives tiles stopped updating on WP8

    I could fix my live tiles, after going nuts ever since GDR2 and Amber updates: a few tiles updated, others did not. None was updating whenever I was on WIFI. All updated, when I was on mobile data.



    What did I do? I uninstalled and reinstalled Skype, followed by a soft reset. That did the trick for me. Ever since all my live tiles update regularly, and no matter what network I am on. Also, toast notifications are back which i already
    had forgotten about that they should be there.

    I'm having the same problem; some of my tiles seem to stop updating randomly. I tried clearing the store cache, reinstalling the app, rebooting - some times any combination of these will help, but then after a while the tiles just stop updating again. The app starts just fine, but tiles are not updated.

    I've disabled the metered connection throttling and everything else I could think of, but this feature seems less than complete...
