Hi Viva,

If you recently made some changes on your machine and needs to access
C: drive, you can do it by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + E.
• On the left pane, click This PC. It will show you list of different folders. For
  C: drive, it may look like this.

my hard drive is shows unspecified

sir i brought a new external hard drive i put all my stuff in it then reset my laptop but when i plug in the hard drive it not shows on my computer then i found that it shows unspecified please help me quick
