My Lock screen static wallpaper suddenly changed with a suspicious photo of someone

Hello, I have never experienced this problem before but suddenly my lock screen default wallpaper changed by itself with an unknown image that never existed in both of my storage drivers.

So far my only issue is that a virus infected my msacuil.exe, and I can't seem to replace/remove it from my files. I suspect that the virus caused to download those random photos from nowhere. I need help to fix this issue also

    :)
