My lock screen windows 10 always displayed on my email address. Suddenly it has my name instead. I want to change back to email address. How do I do this?

My name is wrongly displayed in "To" address

Hi,

There is a possibility that your email address was already added to your contacts using a different name. To address this issue, let us look into your People app to update the entry. Follow the steps below:

• Click the Windows key and click All apps.
• Locate the People app and click it.
• Search for the wrong display name.
• When the name appears, right-click anywhere on the screen, then click
  Edit.
• Input the correct name, then click Save.

Once done, try sending an email and let's see if the display name has been updated.

When my PC boots to the log on screen in Windows 10, (I log in using my Microsoft account and not a local account)

The screen displays my name as my email address!

Example the displays shows;

Enter Pin or swipe finger to log in

How do I change to display my name?

My name (First and Last) are correct in my Microsoft account.

When I set up my kids accounts on their laptops (using their Microsoft accounts) their name is displayed and not the account email but mine wont do that.

Suggestions?

I have just upgraded to Windows 10 from 8.1 and find that the log-in screen displays both my name and email address, how can I remove these?
