Windows 10: My log in is messing up for my computer

I’m trying to log into my laptop, but says password is incorrect and sometimes it’ll say welcome then go black and say password is incorrect, it’s happened before and a password reset fixed it but today i have reset my microsoft password twice and its still doing it

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

1. Turn on the computer.
2. Immediately press the Escape key repeatedly, about once every second, until the Startup Menu opens.
