  1. My Logitech Bluetooth keyboard has changed the symbols somehow

My Logitech Bluetooth keyboard has changed the symbols somehow and I can't find how to change it back. Please help. To get the @ symbol for example, I have to hold Shift+' key to get the @ Symbol and the @ on the number 2 key at the top of the keyboard gives me " when I hold Shift+2 instead of the @ symbol. This is very frustrating and I need to change it back to regular Australia English typing. Can someone help? I have tried changing the language on my Windows laptop. I have tried changing the 'input language hot keys settings' with no luck. Have tried language bar options. Thanks!

    :)

    808 / Logitech K810 bluetooth keyboard

My 808 recognizes the Logitech K810 as a bluetooth keyboard, I can pair using the 808 generated passcode, but then I get "Unable to create Bluetooth connection". The K810 remains listed as a keyboard paired device. Same results with a FP1 701.

Suggestions? Has anyone successfully used the K810 with a Belle device?

I've paired and used the same keyboard with my PC and a Moto G.

  3. Logitech Bluetooth keyboard K810 cannot connect to Windows 10

    Hello,

Thank you for posting your concern in Microsoft Community and welcome to the Windows 10 Family.

From the description provided, I understand that Windows is unable to configure the wireless keyboard device you are referring to.

To be able to understand the issue better, let us know few more details on the below questions.

    • What is the status of the keyboard device in the
      Device Manager
      settings?

Note: Unknown and uninstalled devices will be listed under
Other. The device will have a yellow alert symbol on it. The properties for the device will show that
      no driver was found.
    • Do you face issues connecting to other Bluetooth enabled devices?

As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to follow these steps to run the Windows in built troubleshooter:

    a) Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.

    b) Click on Troubleshooting
    tab.

    c) Click on view all option on the upper left corner.

    d) Select the Hardware and Device
    option from the list.

    e) Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
    Troubleshooter.

Now, the device Logitech Bluetooth keyboard K810 is compatible to run with Windows 10 as is mentioned in the manufacturer's website.

However, we are unsure if the keyboard device is a plug and play device or it has an available driver to install.

You can try to check if you have the latest version of
    Set Point
which allows you to set different functions to some of the buttons on certain Logitech mice & keyboards. See if it helps to configure the device.

Next, check if updating the keyboard driver helps to resolve the issue. Follow the below steps.

    • First of all, Press Windows logo + R from keyboard. It will open
      RUN.
    • Now type devmgmt.msc and press Enter to open Device Manager.
    • You will see all the driver list of your PC. Expand Bluetooth Device

    Update driver

Double click on your keyboard driver in Device Manager. Then Click on
    Driver tab and select Update.

Reference: Update drivers in Windows 10

Also try the same if the device is listed under Keyboards in Device Manager driver list.

Write to us with the with the updated status and the required information for us to be able to assist you further.

Logitech Introduces the Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810

Today Logitech announced the expansion of its keyboard lineup with the Logitech Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810. Compatible with Windows, iOS and Android devices – and with a layout designed for Windows 8 – this rechargeable keyboard uses Bluetooth connectivity to pair with up to three devices simultaneously. Your keyboard can be connected to your PC, tablet and smartphone and you can easily switch among them with the push of a button.

"It's increasingly common for people to use more than one device over the course of the day, and we saw an opportunity to help ease the transition among screens with the Logitech Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard," said Mike Culver, vice president of brand development for consumer computing platforms at Logitech. "Using Logitech's heritage of high quality and reliability, this keyboard combines the functionality and design people expect with simultaneous multi-device pairing, which they will appreciate."

This thin keyboard is designed to look right at home next to all your devices with its real brushed aluminum and sleek lines, regardless if you're working on a Windows 8 PC, Apple iPad or Android smartphone.

To increase the keyboard's usability in low-light conditions or at night, auto-adjusting illumination ensures the laser-etched key characters are always bright and easy to read. The keyboard also uses proximity detection to turn on the lighting when your hands approach it, and automatically dims or brightens, depending on the amount of light in the room.

Further addressing your need for convenience and productivity, this keyboard is USB rechargeable with 10 days of battery life on a full charge (based on varying user and computing conditions). Thanks to the easy-to-use USB cable, you can even use your keyboard while it's recharging. The keyboard also features a convenient On/Off switch, and its battery-indicator light helps you manage power so you know when it's time to recharge. The Logitech Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810 has specific keys to help you easily navigate the new Windows 8 operating system, expected to be available later this month. For example, its Windows 8 Start key provides a quick and easy way to get back to your Start Screen, while the App Switching function key allows you to quickly switch among your open apps.

    Pricing and Availability
The Logitech Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810 is expected to be available in the U.S. and Europe in October and November 2012 respectively, for a suggested retail price of $99.99.
