Windows 10: My m8 and I want to social distance and play games online but windows on both our device...

The most infuriating thing is that it was working just fine some time ago, I used to do voice searches on Google using the built in microphone in my laptop. I was also able to plug in my headset and speak with friends on discord online just fine.

The only work around we found is to use our phones as dedicated USB microphones, THEN we're able to get windows to pick some mic input.

I already tried to play with the drivers but nothing seems to be fixing it
