Windows 10: my macro is blocked from running and it says the reason is because the source of this file...

my macro is blocked from running and it says the reason is because the source of this file is untrusted. It asks me to use office 365, and I am not willing to change my MS. What would I do to be able to use the macro without being forced to use office 365?

I have been getting the error Microsoft has blocked macros from running because the source of the file is untrusted in Word. We added the trusted location already in the trust center and it is still popping up afterwards in windows 10 enterprise. The only thing that has worked thus far is recreating the normal.dotm file but that seems to be a temporary fix. Please reply with a permanent solution.

Hi, I have Office 365 Education updated to this date (365 apps for enterprise) and I wonder why I see this alert message when opening a previous word document:

The file is created by me and it's fine, there are no macors inside it. Plus I opened it multiple times before that and the message didn't appear. This message is randomly appearing in word documents and not related specifically to this file. Do you have any idea why this message shows up? does it buggy somehow due to this? >> Microsoft rolls back decision to block Office macros by default? Note:

• I have Windows 10 Education 21H1 - 19043.1889
• I have some add-ins in Word.

The issue is quite unclear and too broad for us to distinguish the main reason why you are having challenges/issues in Macro. To have a better understanding of your concern, we'd like to ask you some questions:

• Are you referring on using macros on Excel? If yes, what is the version of your Office?
  
• What exact application are you using when using macros? Where did you download it?

• What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you receive any error message?
