Windows 10: My main account seems to be deleted, but not by me, how do I open a support ticket to try...

As my question states, my main account has been deleted or something. I believe I have been hacked or something, because I did not delete my account, and when I go to sign in it says there is no account with my credentials. I do not know how to submit a support ticket to get this problem addressed if it's even possible, my first attempt at this resulted in nothing when I believe I filed a support request but I do not know how or where I did that from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Associate support ticket with account

I have recently submitted a query and received a support ticket number with it. Unfortunately, I only created an account afterwards. Is it possible to "connect" the ticket with my account somehow? If I am correct, this would be the only way I can track its
status. Thank you.

 

Open Support ticket left - cannot get response or open new ticket

I have a very frustrating situation.

I opened a support ticket 4 days agao as my son's account has an issue on it which I believe is server side and needs technical support to fix.

I was told I would get a phone call back within 24 hours, but never did. The ticket was left open, and I can still get into it, and send messages, but it is now being ignored, in spite of posting a good few messages, I have had no reply since the initial message exchange.

I have tried phoning the UK MS support phone number I fond (0800 0260329), but cannot get through to anyone on that, I just get told to go raise a ticket online.

If I try to raise a new ticket, I cannot, it just dumps me back into my open but ignored ticket.

Does anyone know how I can get some response? Is there another phone number I can call? Another way to escalate this.

This is an unbelievable situation...!!!

Unfortunately I can't get any of those things to help. It is not my browser cache that is showing the ticket in an old status. I have tried it in a new browser. The ticket is literally left open and not being responded to. And as I said, I cannot open a new ticket as when I try, whatever I do, it dumps me into this "dead" but open ticket.

I have tried going to the support website to contact support another way, but I cannot see anything here other than opening a ticket (which I cannot do) or phoning the number I mentioned (which is just a recorded message telling me to open a ticket).

This is why I am so frustrated!

Do you have any other ideas? Can you show my how I can get to a phone number other than the one I mentioned maybe? That support website is a maze of options, I have tried loads, but getting nowhere...
