Windows 10: My main microsoft account has been hacked and stolen, and I have no way to get back into it

Firstly, please don't tell me to go to the support forum, it's uselessI cannot access my account, the hacker has changed my email and as such anything there will not help meThe email on my microsoft account as well as the password have been remotely changed by a hacker and there is currently nothing I can do to change it back.I need help.

My friend has had his Microsoft account hacked recently ( *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) which had been hacked and stolen by a user under a Russian email address. Would there be any possible way to get this account back when we have no access to it but proof that this is their account.

There is nothing of value that anyone can do about your hacked account.

But there is a lot that you now have to do, and the sooner the better:

• Change all your passwords
  
• Abandon your email accounts and get new email accounts
  
• Tell all your contacts not to open messages from your old account
  
• Freeze your credit reports
  
• Contact your financial institutions
  
• Be on the lookout for signs that your identity has been stolen
  

Whoever hacked your account knows everything about you that is in that account.

 

How to Remove Stolen Account

My main Microsoft account was hacked and stolen and I have been unable to get it back. at this point I have given up on trying to reclaim it and would rather just move on with a new account (it only had sea of thieves on it and I haven't played in years). now I can't seem to delete the hacked Russian email from my computer when I go into: start>settings>account>Email and Accounts and i click manage on the hacked email to attempt to remove it windows brings me to a sign in page to sign into the account that I have no way of getting into and I now have no way of removing this account from my computer. I fear that my computer may still recognize the stolen email as my main account even after i have created a new one as i can't remove it. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Edit: I have just Realized that the stolen account is the "Administrator" for my computer
