    Hello Everyone,

    This isn't a question but my long standing issue seems to now be resolved. I asked why my memory card slot wouldn't read my memory card adaptor with a micro usb in it on my HP laptop. the memory card reader is built in to the laptop. Responses from Microsoft
    were vague. However I've just installed update 1803 ( once again took ages though) but the card reader is now working. Can I suggest others with the same issue update and check to see if theirs is resolved. Thanks Microsoft.

    DIMM slot 1, 3 or DIMM slot 2, 4?


    Page 1-23 in the manual;

    1. (2) Supports two (2) modules inserted into either the red slots or the black slots as onepair of Dual-channel memory con guration. We suggest that you install the modulesinto slots A2 and B2 for better compatibility.

    Memory card drive z has an X and cannot be accessed

    I followed your steps and now the Z (memory card) drive is gone from the menu list. The drive slot still lights up on the computer when I put in a memory card.
