Discus and support My memory says that its out of space, but there arent enough files to take up that much... in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I tried running diagnostics but it says there are no issues, did the same thing with Event Viewer, saying that there are issues and told me to repair...     My memory says that its out of space, but there arent enough files to take up that much...


    I tried running diagnostics but it says there are no issues, did the same thing with Event Viewer, saying that there are issues and told me to repair the hard drive, I went to settings -> storage, saying that there is 178 GB of storage being used, but there aren't enough apps to take up that much storage.It's not letting me insert images

    Hi Cody,

    Making sure that your computer has enough space is a good step in improving its performance. The following are steps on how you can manage your storage settings:

    • Click Start.
    • Type Storage and hit Enter.
    • You may switch on the Storage sense to automatically free up space by getting rid of files you don't need, like temporary files and content in your recycle bin.
    • Under More storage settings, you may choose to change where new content is saved or manage storage spaces to save files to two or more drives to help protect you from a drive failure.
      Storage Spaces also let you easily add more drives if you run low on capacity.
