Windows 10: My memory usage goes up to 95% when i play games and become totally unplayable , how can i...

So about 4-5 days ago my windows i have windows 10 give me an update that i needed to download no choice. After the restart , i runned fortnite. In the lobby i had 60fps , then i started battle royale. It was moving around 1-17 fps , most of the times my screen didnt even move. Then i pressed ctrl+shift+esc , because i couldnt close it manually , and i saw that fortnite using 95-96% of my memory. Then i closed it and it was 50%. Then i checked some more games like apex , warzone ,gta5 and all of them had this issues. I tried reinstall the drivers , i tried update windows , i tried delete the

Windows 10 high memory usage when playing games

When I play a game like gta episodes from liberty city.It uses high percent of my memory but when i am not playing it goes down to 41% in memory usage and when playing the game the percent is 90% but sometimes 80% and up and the game is lagging sometimes
even in lowest resolution Here is the pictures:

Very Low CPU Usage while playing Games

So on windows 11 I noticed very low CPU usage in games (1-3%), that causes stutter and lag in most games. I can play games like Minecraft normally, in GTA V is appearing a bit stutter and lag, and games like Fortnite are unplayable. My Specs:

I5 10400F,

RTX 2060,

16 GB ram
