Windows 10: my mic doesn’t really work and i hear mostly static but i can kind of hear myself faintly

Discus and support my mic doesn’t really work and i hear mostly static but i can kind of hear myself faintly in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; i tried the task manager thing and it didnt work. is there anything else i can try? i dont think its a hardware issue since i can kinda hear myself in...     my mic doesn’t really work and i hear mostly static but i can kind of hear myself faintly


    i tried the task manager thing and it didnt work. is there anything else i can try? i dont think its a hardware issue since i can kinda hear myself in the background. its a realtek mic idk if that matters

    Hearing static in mic

    Twitch is an example of the static that I can hear from stream replays and recording replays.

    its not my headphones that has the static its the mic that is producing it
