Windows 10: My mic may be possessed

Hello, I have recently had this problem with my microphone LCS USB Audio, It fixed a few weeks ago after reinstalling voicemod, but its back now and voicemod appears to be unrelated. I have windows 10 and that is the only operating system, I haven't upgraded and my drivers dont need updating. I was trying to record some guitar but when I listened to the recording, I was hearing the cries of Satan himself. I've checked my drivers and apparently I have the best possible ones installed, I honestly don't know what to do here other than get on my knees and give up my soul to the literal devil in the form of my microphone.

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

This might occur when some of the mic setting got corrupted.

I would suggest you to try running Recording audio troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Select Recording Audio under
  Sound and follow the on screen.
