    My microphone and camera not detected in Zoom but detected in Teams


    Hello...I have an issue with my microphone and camera while meeting in Zoom. Zoom can not detect my microphone and camera but my microphone and camera work in Teams.I tried to uninstall zoom and install it again by sending a meeting invitation so zoom installed in my machine, this way worked but not for a long time. I also tried to uninstall my microphone driver, restart the machine and when I test it microphone and camera still not detected. If I install zoom by download the downloader and install like the usual when I test it the microphone and camera are not detected. My microphone privacy

    Microphone not detected

    I've run it, it says the problem was 'Generic audio driver'. But I don't actually feel any problems on playing audios. My problem was about external microphones not detected, this laptop wont detect any external microphones
    plugged in, it will always use the internal microphone. I've done the troubleshoot (recording audio) and the troubleshoot said they can't detect the problem.

    Teams not detecting the internal and external webcam

    Microsoft teams was working fine since yesterday. It started not detecting the camera although all the necessary permissions are given to it. Microphone is working just fine as always.

    Device Name - Lenovo 80D

    OS - Windows 10 latest build
