Windows 10: My microphone and sound won't work at the same time

I have a problem with pluging my earphone to have acces to my microphone and sounds on my computer. I try with sony earplugs that have a microphone built in and with my Beats headset too Both plugged in my computing with the wire When I plug them, I have a window that appear called Realtek HD Audio Manager. I can then choose which peripheral I pluged. I have Microphone, Earphone and ''entrée libre'' My pc is in french and I don't know what is the exact translation for that. If I choose Earphone, I can hear perfectly, but my microphone is not working. If I choose Microphone, my microphone i

The issue could be because of the microphone being in a disabled state. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works:

• Open Control Panel and categorize to view by
  Small Icons.
  
• Click on Speech Recognition and navigate to
  Advanced Speech Options > Microphone > Advanced
  
• Check Real Conexant HD Audio, save the changes and exit
  Control Panel.
  
• Restart the machine to see if the microphone works.

Can´t open the "sounds" + my microphone is not working

It´s me again... I tried the uninstall and install method.. It didn´t change anything... The sounds in the control panel won´t open after I clicked ....... but now the soundwave is different shape
