Windows 10: my microphone array is very low though it is set to 100

I have made no recent changes to my laptop but my microphone array is very low and when i test it it the percentage is nothing more than 4% .I tried to uninstall the driver version 10.0.22621.1 and restart my pc yet the problem is still present.My OS Name is Microsoft Windows 11 Home ,My System Manufacturer is Dell Inc and My System Model Dell G15 5530.

Microphone array is extremely low.

I recently downloaded Windows 11 expecting to be improvements, but instead the microphone array stopped working. The volume of it is at 100%, it claims to be fully working, but when I test it and use it on another application, the amount of volume I can reach no matter how loud I talk only reaches from 2% to 50% roughly. Why is this?

 

Microphone Array missing, Microphone doesnot work

1. The computer is a H-P IQ 524 Touchsmart All-In-One 22inch display

2. All updates installed.

3. Went to the above suggested web page. Have been there.

4. Any suggestion as to enabling the microphone array; Speaker Icon > (Right Click) > Select (Recording Device) >opens window titled “Sound” > Select (Recording). Microphone Array not showing.
