Windows 10: my microphone doesnt work at all and just makes this weird static sound

I recently get a new pc that's updated to windows 11. Everything was working well. The keyboard was working fine as well as the mouse, headphones, and microphone. my headphone and mic are combined into-one Anyways, my mic randomly completely stopped working. I was calling my friends, and they said that they only heard static from me and didn't even slightly hear my voice at all. I did a microphone test, and it turns out they were right. The weird thing is, even when I'm not talking, it still plays the irritating static noise. Even when I disconnected my microphone, it still played the static

Microphone producing constant static!

Hey, I have a PC Windows 10, 64 bit which I recently got about a month or two ago. I have a headset which has a microphone that was working perfectly fine a few days or a week ago. Suddenly, the mic stops working and starts producing an obnoxious static
sound which is constant.

It doesn't detect my voice or anything other than the constant static. The Microphone listed in Sound, then recording is 'Realtek High Definition Audio'. Please help! I've tried everything to fix the problem but it's not working!!!!

I've tried to uninstall and update the Realtek driver for it. I tried to reinstall the Microphone through Device Manager. I've tried to troubleshoot the Mic by troubleshooting the Recording Audio in 'Hardware and Sound' but it doesn't troubleshoot the static!!!

Please HELP!

 

My mic doesnt work and only makes a static sound

I recently built a brand new pc with windows 10 pro installed. Everything works perfectly fine. The audio is perfect but then when i tried to call my friend, they said they only hear static the entire time. I tested my mic by hearing myself and its true,
all i heard was static the entire time. I tried different headphones and earphones, but still the same thing. I learned that the only way my mic worked was if i used a voicechanger app. I dont know why it works but even so, it doesnt sound right to me because
i have to talk to pretty loud in order for my mic to detect sound. It makes me think that this is probably a bug and I would really appreciate any help i can get to fix this issue. Thank you.

 

Headset making static noise

I just got a pc build and connected a xbox fusion pro controller. I plug a razer kraken headset to controller and party members hear static noise. I can hear them but my microphone doesnt work either. How can i fix the static noise and microphone to work?
