Windows 10: My microphone muffles and cuts out after holding one sound for a while

The title kind of explains itself, but I'm not sure if it's a microphone setting problem or a problem in the microphone itself. This usually happens when i go "hmmmm" or when I'm singing and have to hold a note. I recorded an example as an .mp3 and I will link it below if that helps. CK-15w Bluetooth Microphone muffled.

Hi, I have two Nokia CK-15w bluetooth handsfree kits in two Ford Mondeos. They are wired in using autoleads 06-092b mute leads to the stereo. The first one works great and sounds crystal clear, but the second one sounds muffled from the microphone, ie.
the caller can hardly hear you when you are talking through the microphone. If you get really close to the microphone it sounds clear, but if you are sat normally in the drivers seat, it sounds muffled, and as if you are speaking from the boot. I have tried
a different microphone on it but it makes no difference. Any advice would be gratefully received.

If the unit does turn out to be faulty, how do we go about getting it repaired or changed, bearing in mind it is brand new!!

In order to help you resolve issues with the microphone on headset, we suggest the you run the built in troubleshooter in you PC. Here are the steps:

• In the Search Box, type Troubleshoot and press
  Enter.
• Look for and select Recording Audio, and press Run the troubleshooter.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.

muffled sound on headset

Since some days my headset sounds muffled. Mostly voices are muffled i can hear music just fine. If i don´t plug in the headset all the way, i can hear perfectly fine but then my mic doesn´t work. I have an other headset (not as good) where everything works perfectly fine. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
