Windows 10: My Microsoft 365 Subscription will not activate. I purchased more than a month ago....

I need to talk to a human customer Service agent to untangle my Microsoft 365 Subscription. I have made numbers attempts, and yet no one has attempted to call me or help me. At this point, all I can do is cancel my Subscription.

When subscription is activated and will it expire after purchase ?

I'd like to know if i purchase a Microsoft 365 from retail now, will it expire in 6 months time before activation ?

I still have my microsoft 365 subscription until December 2023. If i buy a microsoft 365 now, can i activate it in december and subscription starts from december rather than purchase date ?

Do you need to renew an existing Office subscription, if so, you can do that as follows

Go to https://office.com/renew

Choose the subscription you want to renew and then choose one of the following:

Renew now to pay now for a full year of Office 365.

Renew with a monthly subscription for $X.XX per month to pay for a month at a time.

If you have paid for Office 365 and you are experiencing activation errors:

Go to Login | Microsoft 365 and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in

On that page under your info, check the status of your subscription to Office 365

If that checks out, click this link and run through the Office activation troubleshooter:

If that does not resolve this for you, follow these steps to perform a full repair of your Office installation . . .

Open Control Panel - Programs and Features

Click Microsoft Office in the list of installed applications

At the top, click 'Change'

On the resulting dialog, click 'Repair' - choose the Online Repair, it is a comprehensive fix

That should fix any issues with your Office Installation, including activation . . .
